I moved to North Carolina from New Jersey in 2014 after retiring early from a career as a high school administrator.
Real estate had always been in my blood, as other family members were agents, builders and investors. I began investing in property myself many years ago, as I knew it would be a means to a planned early retirement and relocation.
As such, I have the benefit of many years of experience buying, selling, renovating, and managing my own properties. This enables me to look with a critical eye at properties for my clients and help educate them throughout their search for property. I am also still an investor, so have experience completing 1031 Exchanges and assessing potential investment properties.
As I relocated to this area myself, it also offers my clients the additional benefit of my experience and understanding of this process. I can often help clients streamline their search and offer them the options that appear to best match their preferences. I cover the entire area from Wilmington to Myrtle Beach, so can assist clients with any communities or properties. I am licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
My background as a public servant gives me a perspective that other traditional salespeople do not have. I truly have my clients’ best interests at heart and will work for their benefit alone. This has served me well as I am one of the top producing brokers in my region with consistent sales volume over $10,000,000 annually, and over $17,000,000 in 2020.
